Sound massage & coaching
A sound massage with the Tibetan singing bowls allows you to relax deeply and helps to release blockages that might disturb the free flow of energy through your body. Feel and experience the effect of the vibrations produced by the Tibetan singing bowls on your body, mind and spirit. After the session we evaluate your experience.

Chakras re-balancing treatment (fonoforese)
The tuning fork treatment helps to bring the chakras, your energy centres, into balance. The frequency of each tuning fork corresponds with that of a chakra and brings it back to its original state. When your chakras are in full balance you feel centred on all levels, physical, emotional and mental.

Sound bath/ meditation
You will be taken on a relaxing journey with the singing bowls, gongs, shaman drums and other instruments as your guides. You can lie down and let yourself be taken away by the beautiful and soothing sounds. The sound bath sessions take place in groups and are organised at different locations in The Hague and surroundings
Duration: 60 minutes

How to use singing bowls
Learn how to hold the singing bowls and the different techniques of playing them with various mallets. Find out which tones correspond with which chakra and how to use them for your own benefit.

Private session
Experience the sounds and vibrations of gongs and singing bowls and their healing effect in an intimate setting with your partner or friend(s). This session is for 2-4 persons. We finish off with a cup of tea to allow you time to integrate your experience.
