Sound Meditation

During a sound meditation you lie down and enter a deeply relaxing state of meditation as you are guided by the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes, drum and other instruments. The vibrations help to release tension in your physical body, relax your mind and help to remove any energy blocks. No earlier experience is required.
